Rendered courtyard of the Dom Uchitelya residential complex in Perm shown in a VPano 3D tour by ARCHIGROUP

Perm-based architecture firm ARCHIGROUP has built another interactive 3D tour on VPano and delivered the finished project to its client, Perm developer Diplomat Group. The tour covers the Dom Uchitelya ("Teacher's House") residential complex in Perm and is built from the firm's own architectural renders. Buyers and the sales team's clients can explore the courtyard right in the browser, with no app to install. Open the Dom Uchitelya 3D tour →

About Dom Uchitelya, a new development in Perm

Dom Uchitelya is a residential complex in the Dzerzhinsky district of Perm. The developer is Diplomat Group (developer entity OOO SZ "Dom Uchitelya"), a long-standing VPano partner. Both the architecture firm ARCHIGROUP and the developer Diplomat are based in Perm, so the tour was made for a project in their home city. More about the project on the official Diplomat Group website (in Russian).

Why a developer needs a 3D tour

Conventional renders and fly-through videos show a building "from outside and above", but they do not give buyers a feel for the scale, the light and the layout. An interactive 3D tour of Dom Uchitelya makes it possible to:

  • explore the project at any time, without booking a viewing;
  • present it to clients in other cities and countries;
  • sell apartments before the building is completed, a big plus for the sales team.

ARCHIGROUP's role: visualization and tour assembly on VPano

ARCHIGROUP is a long-standing VPano partner and uses the platform as its main tool for 3D tours built from architectural renders, which the firm delivers to clients as a turnkey service. Dom Uchitelya was produced end to end, from architectural 3D visualization to the assembled interactive tour, in parallel with the main visualization package and without any separate development work.
