About Art Kvartaly, a business-class residential complex in Ryazan

Art Kvartaly is a new residential complex in Ryazan at the intersection of Yesenina, Griboedova and Firsova streets. Its concept rests on the principle "one building, one character": the Main House sets the architectural landmark, while the Ivory and Omela villas form the quieter, more intimate part of the quarter. More about the project on the official Art Kvartaly website.

Why a developer needs a virtual 3D tour of a residential complex

Classic renderings and flyover videos show a property "from outside and above", but they don't give buyers a sense of the scale, light and privacy of the courtyard. The interactive 3D tour of Art Kvartaly lets you:

  • explore the courtyard and apartments at any time, without booking a viewing;
  • present the project to clients in other cities and countries;
  • sell apartments before the building is completed, a major plus for the sales team.

ARCHIGROUP's role: visualization and tour building on VPano

ARCHIGROUP is a long-standing VPano partner and uses the platform as its main tool for 3D tours from architectural renderings, which the firm delivers to its clients turnkey. Art Kvartaly was delivered end to end, from architectural 3D visualization to the finished interactive tour, alongside the main visualization package and without separate development. You can read about the firm's first project for a large developer in our Gorod-Park case study.
